We will be using the Conference Room and Group Exercise room A just like last time as well as Group Exercise room B (after 12:00).
Doors will open @ 10AM and we will conclude at 10PM.
Prizes are so far unannounced but we are contacting a lot of sponsors and have already gotten some good feedback. For now the focus will be on Guitar Hero 2, Halo 2, and Counter-Strike:Source.
We will probably be in need of some XBOX hardware so if you have an XBOX and controllers (and necessary wiring) you may want to bring it (as well as a copy of Halo2). We may also need extra PS2 hardware and software as well.
PC Gamers will need to bring their machines and input devices. We have a limited supply of 17″ NEC LCD monitors that you may use. Please PM me to ensure you have one reserved. We will provide power plugs and network cables. DO NOT bring speakers, headphones only.
We hope to be providing some free food and drink as well but we are expecting a bigger crowd which means food will be more limited. If groups of people order pizza we can probably pick it up for you so you do not have to leave.
Parking will be free, entrance to the event will be FREE.
