When:
3/16/07 7pm - 7am

Where:
Greater Latrobe High School
131 High School Road
Latrobe, Pennsylvania 15650

All tournaments will have winners of songs be selected by the person with the highest number of points. The preliminary round, semifinals, and finals consist of three songs per matchup. The player that wins 2/3 of the songs wins the match.

Songs will be selected randomly as the tournaments progress so it would be wise to be experienced in all songs!

NOTE: CONTESTANTS MAY ONLY ENTER ONE LEVEL OF DIFFICULTY TOURNAMENT! This is to let everybody have a chance to “Rock”! We have 650 participants, everybody’s going to want to play!

The first tournament will be held for beginners and eight finalists will be chosen out of sixteen. The difficulty that will be played will be Easy mode and therefore if you’re afraid you’ll “stink” at this game, then you’re the person who should enter this tournament.

The second tournament will be held for mediocre players of the game and will consist of once again eight finalists of out a select sixteen battling it off on the HARD difficulty. Competition for this tournament will be very intense, so practicing would be wise before entrance.

The third and final tournament for this game will be held for Guitar Gods. It will consist of the EXPERT difficulty. Even if you don’t participate in this event its going to be AWESOME to watch!!!

Random participants will be given prizes throughout the night even if they do terrible at the game! Headbangers, costumes (NO MASKS), melting faces, impersonations, and more are ENCOURAGED ;) !

Winner and runner up prizes for these three tournaments will be posted within the next two weeks!

Signups will be open to all on February 12th, 2007! So mark your calendars to sign up on our site!

You have to be either a graduate (alumni), student, or if you are a guest you must find a student host. If you email me at nicholas@latrobesource.com I can hook u up :)
